Very calm in the middle of unspoilt nature but with all facilities within easy reach (Montriond centre at 7 minutes, Morzine 10 minutes).

On the ground floor a cosy fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining table for 8, comfortable lounge area with a cosy fire place and access to the terrace and garden. Bathroom and WC on this same floor.

On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin / or double bedroom, and a triple bedroom (double and single bed). Separate WC.
