Le Touriste is located in the northern Alps, in the hamlet of Le Lavanchy, Montriond town, which is attached to the more famous town of Morzine. The house is situated in a beautiful and tranquil valley with a beautiful view on all sides. Situated in the heart of the Portes du Soleil, the vast international ski area with 650 km of slopes.

The good thing is that the location is not isolated and you are relatively close to everything. In the beautiful mountains of the Portes du Soleil, but also quickly from the mountains for fun trips to Annecy or Geneva for example. Lake Geneva is also very nearby. Furthermore, we are on the edge of the mountains: to the north, towards Lake Geneva midrange mountains to about 1500 meter and directly south of us the peaks quickly reach over 3000 meter with the Mont Blanc (4807 meter) as the ultimate summit.

Morzine area is pretty authentic. You will find no concrete flats. Beautiful wooden chalets and a cozy center in the summer with flowers everywhere! The region is called Le Chablais which stretches out from Geneva in the west to the Rhone Valley in the east and Lake Geneva in the north to the valley of the Arve River in the south.
