Enjoy an extensive breakfast, tasty honest dinners, good wines and of course enjoy the fact that you don’t have to worry about dishes, cooking, going for groceries. And you don’t have to go out looking for a (good) restaurant! Just sit down and relax!!
You can book it in the apartments of Le Touriste, in our Chalet La Rose or La Maison Blanche or any other chalet or apartment that you've hired yourself (or your own house!).
You can book us for a fully catered week including breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner but also an occasional dinner to celebrate something is possible. And of course everything in between.
All meals are taken care of by Gerard, or are under his direction. As an experienced restaurant man, of which between 1993 and 2001 he worked in Hotel New York, Rotterdam as co-owner and manager café restaurant, there is someone behind the pans and puts food on the table who knows what it takes. Everything is made and cooked, nothing is ready purchased. He only uses fresh and seasonal ingredients. His cuisine could be described as Mediterranean with an addition of local and northern Italian (mountain) dishes.
If he is booked elsewhere Sarah or Kitty will perceive the honeurs. Both experienced and in the style of Le Touriste. The food is still largely prepared by Gerard.
